Impact and Strategy

Our Impact:
RefugeeClaims.com is the only dedicated legal platform in Canada focused on providing continuous immigration support to individuals who have been denied refugee status or lack legal representation. Many of our clients face significant hardships, including destitution, detention, or the threat of deportation, often relying on limited and temporary assistance from community resources. Our mission is to advocate for and secure permanent status for these individuals, enabling them to establish stable and secure lives in Canada. Through comprehensive legal support and strategic advocacy, we work tirelessly to ensure that their rights are protected and their pathways to permanency are facilitated.

Our Strategy (2023-2025):
Over the past decade, Canada’s refugee landscape has undergone significant transformation. The demand for refugee legal services has escalated, yet many individuals still face barriers in accessing the necessary support. RefugeeClaims.com is dedicated to addressing this gap by providing comprehensive legal assistance to refugees, ensuring they receive the guidance and representation required to navigate the complexities of the immigration system. Through strategic community partnerships and a client-centered approach, we are committed to meeting the evolving needs of refugees and ensuring their legal rights are effectively upheld throughout the asylum process.

Our Policies

Complaint Policy:

RefugeeClaims.com Complaint Policy

At RefugeeClaims.com (RCCA), we are committed to providing the highest standards of service and client care. If, for any reason, we fall short of these standards, we encourage clients to inform us promptly so we can address and resolve any issues. Your feedback is valuable to us, as it helps us improve our services and better meet the needs of our clients.

How to Make a Complaint

We aim to ensure that all clients have the opportunity to express their concerns, and we will work with you to resolve any issues. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to initially discuss your concerns with your assigned adviser to see if the matter can be resolved informally.

If you have already discussed the matter with your adviser or prefer not to address it with them directly, you may submit a formal complaint. Complaints can be made verbally or in writing to the Senior Director, Qudsia, at RCCA via email: canadaisd73@gmail.com.

What Happens Next

  1. Acknowledgement: Upon receipt of your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 2 working days.

  2. Investigation and Response: We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and aim to provide you with a formal response within 20 working days of receipt. If additional time is required to complete the investigation, we will inform you of the revised timeline and the reason for the delay.

  3. Complaint Record: All complaints will be recorded in a central register. Additionally, a separate file or section will be created within your case file to document the details of the complaint, our investigation process, and the outcome.

Investigation Process

  1. The Senior Director will review the complaint and seek responses from the adviser or advisers involved, including any team leaders, to gather relevant information.

  2. The Director will evaluate the adviser’s response, the information provided in the complaint, and any pertinent materials, such as the contents of your case file.

  3. A written response will be prepared outlining the findings of the investigation and any recommendations for resolving the matter. This response will be sent to you directly.

Resolution

We are committed to resolving your complaint promptly and effectively. Our goal is to address all complaints within 24 hours, ensuring that the resolution is based on merit and factual accuracy. A final decision letter detailing the outcome of the complaint will be issued to you.

At RCCA, we value your feedback and strive to ensure that all issues are addressed fairly and thoroughly.
